New graphical improvements!

Hey!

new update(small one) for Vengeance is out now.

• new warm up level added with more coming soon in the full version
• you now leave bullet shells 
• new "flash" effect with option to turn it off
• fixed performance bugs

 If you find some bug please let me know.

 If you have any ideas, let me know and if they are cool I will try to implement them!
